DOCOSAHEXAENOIC ACID

Docosahexaenoic acid, abbreviated as DHA, is a member of the fatty acid family. It belongs to n-3 long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (LCPUFAs) and is an important component of cell membranes. It is related to multiple functions such as cell membrane fluidity, permeability, enzyme activity, and signal transduction. Docosahexaenoic acid can be used as a nutrient that is highly absorbable by the skin. It can penetrate into the dermis layer, significantly dilate capillaries and increase blood flow, thus having a penetration-enhancing effect.
